Disabling power button on Jetson TK1

Hi,

It seems that the power button on the TK1 is connected to kb_col0 and a wake state enabled for this pin, presumably to wake the jetson from sleep, on boot, and put it into a running state.

Is it possible to disable this behaviour in software, so that the TK1 boots all the time without the requirement for any hardware modification, or a voltage on any wake state pin?

We ideally need the board to power itself without the need for this power button pin.

I don’t remember the specific solutions, but all of them were hardware based on the TK1. On the developer board I think software alone will not do the job.
