Disconnections and reconnections

Hello,

I just purchase a dell server with mellanox connectx 4 lx with sfp28, that according to the specs works in 10G/25G i have a switch with sfp at 1G. When I connect the fiber cable I dont have a connection. It recognize that is connected, but an endless loop of continuous disconnections and re connections is starting Any ideas?
