Acceleration is for compute purposes and not requiring accelerated graphics.

VMware Horizon VM have GPU by pass through.

Do I need vGPU license?

Pass through should work with most Tesla and Quadro devices. Regular nVidia gaming cards will usually block virtualization in the driver, unless you manage to hide the virtualization from the driver.
