Does deepstream provide any advantage for classical computer vision application such as tampering?

Hello, I’m developing a camera tampering application using opencv and classical computer vision algorithms, and I was wondering if deepstream has some advantage to offer in this case, or if it is only for use cases where we need to use deep learning models?.

Can you specify more details? what do you mean by tampering?

Oclussion detection for example, using background substraction techniques.

DeepStream is a streaming analytic toolkit to build AI-powered applications. It takes the streaming data as input - from USB/CSI camera, video from file or streams over RTSP, and uses AI and computer vision to generate insights from pixels for better understanding of the environment.
It’s not suitable for your case.
