Dr Dobb's part 15 error during debugging

I have win 32, and CUDA 2.2 installed, when I compile the Rob Farber’s code, an error apears:

‘cutil_inline.h’: No such file or directory

What can I do? if anyone has run this code well… please explain what I’m doing wrong
