I wondering where I can get detailed hardware spec for Drive AGX. I am especially interested in the deserializer hardware spec and possible demo drivers(MAX96705, Max9286 etc).

You can download the hardware specs iff you are a registered developer for AGX, meaning a customer on DDPX.
What exactly do you want to know regarding Drive AGX, then I can provide you the information here.

There is a couple of cameras we support, you find them under camera_mainsection.html in your SDK Doc.
