We have installed and run programs on Drive OS. But after we tried to install DriveWorks and TensorRT and some other staff. And after I turned it off, the system lost the image, even if the system is on and the fan is running. we believe that the linux system no longer boots or has no image. What is the procedure for re-flashing the Drive OS?
We also tried the recovery button, but did not help us . How long do we have to press and hold?

What do you mean by the ‘recovery button’? Could you please provide an image of it on your system? Also, to assist you further, we need the Part Number (P/N) of your system. You can find this information following the ‘How to Identify System Part Number (P/N)’ document.
