can someone explain where these temperatures are and what excact component they are referred to?

AUX@26.5C
CPU@26C
Tdiode@27.5C
AO@27C
GPU@26.5C
tj@37C

Hi,
AUX/CPU/AO/GPU are different SoC inside blocks, get by different internal temperature sensors.
Tj represents the Xavier SoC die temperature read from the highest of the internal temperature sensors.
Tdiode is the SoC inside diode temperature read by on board thermal sensor TMP451.
These are all SOC inside temperature.
