What is the difference between these three temperature environments?

According to DATA SHEET of NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier Series System-on-Module，there are three different temperature ranges mentioned in the document. What are they used for?

-25C - 80C is operating temperature for JAX and JAX64GB modules. -40C - 85C is for JAXi (industrial module).

The temperature in “Test Conditions” is for non-operational test.
