Jetson allowed temperature

Hello all,
I have a question about allowed Jetson temperature.
I use the jtop tool from Raffaello Bonghi for temperature estimation.
As I see about 60 degrees (Celcius) the Jetson slows down.
I use development kit for the testing.

I have two questions:
What is the allowed temperature range of GPU/CPU?
Is it the same for development kit and production module?
