Driver installation failed on Ubuntu 14.04: Unable to load the 'nvidia-drm' module

Hi,
I am desperately trying to get my system to work after running a dist-upgrade which upgraded my CUDA libraries from 352 to 367, breaking compatibility with the driver. Eventually I tried to update the driver as well, but it seems to have broken things further since the driver installation is not working.

Below is the output of /var/log/nvidia-installer.log

Would very much appreciate any help

same issue for me

follow the instructions in the CUDA linux install guide to clean out any and all old CUDA installations

then follow the instructions in that guide to reinstall CUDA
