Drop-frame-interval not work when using v4l2src to read GSML camera

i noticed that the option ‘drop-frame-interval’ works when use decode_bin.
now i read GSML camera with plugins `v4l2src->cap_filter->nvvidconv->cap_filter,
how can i drop frame at here?

Can you provide the complete pipeline with all configuration? Where and how do you use decoder in the pipeline?
