Dual screen setup with NVIDIA and I915 cards

Hi.

I’m just trying to setup a two screens in my Linux box.

The idea is to use the I915 embedded cards as a secondary and use the NVIDIA one as the main one.

What I have found is that the I915 card is absolutely ignored when the NVIDIA drivers are installed.

So my question is. Is it possible? And if yes, How?

Thanks in advance

With a PRIME setup:

or with ubuntu, the package nvidia-prime

Thanks for the answer!!
I’m on Debian, so the Ubuntu package is not an option for me, unfortunately.
I have taken a look at the PRIME setup document and looks promising.
So I will go on that direction. Probably I will need to make some additional questions :)
Thanks again.
