I am just wondering if it is possible to stream 4 streams each with 4k resolution with e-CAM130_CUXVR from Xavier using h265? h264? in a way, it will be streamed by GStreamer? and will be played via the network ?

Yes, it is possible to steam 4 steam with 4K resolution with e-cAM130_CUXVR. Application should be developed based on Tegra Multimedia API to achieve 4 X 4K encoding.
