Embedded Linux support, not Ubuntu

Good morning.
I am an embedded developer using TX2 to develop automotive battlefield solutions.
I have an inquiry and I will email it.
Currently the TX2 SDK is using Ubuntu
I would like to know if it supports the SDK of ‘embedded linux’ instead of Ubuntu

There’re a few projects around, i.e.:

I don’t remember how many recipes they got written already, but nothing should prevent you from adding your own recipes.
