(NVIDIA Jetson TX2 ) SDK Manager No available releases for Ubuntu 20.04

I’m trying to use the SDK manager to install some software onto my jetson TX2 but in the Target Operating System box it says No available releases for Ubuntu 20.04.

I did see the official note saying it support, but mine “Target Operating System box” in pic just not showing.

How do I proceed?

  • (ps) the Ubuntu 20.04 version I mentioned

JetPack 5.0.2

JetPack 5.0.2 is a production quality release and replaces JetPack 5.0/JetPack 5.0.1 Developer Preview releases which were meant for development only. JetPack 5.0.2 includes Jetson Linux 35.1 BSP with Linux Kernel 5.10, an Ubuntu 20.04 based root file system, a UEFI based bootloader, and OP-TEE as Trusted Execution Environment. JetPack 5.0.2 includes the latest compute stack on Jetson with CUDA 11.4, TensorRT 8.4.1, cuDNN 8.4.1 See highlights below for the full list of features.

I can’t post more than 2 link but in developer.nvidia. and embedded/jetpack

For TX2, there is no Ubuntu 20.04 support.
Suggest ot use a Ubuntu 18.04 host PC to try again.

Hi joyjj0972285856,

Please reference this page:

For Jetson TX2, the latest version is JetPack-4.6.2.
The JetPack-4x version support on Ubuntu-16.04 and 18.04, JetPack-5x version support Ubuntu-18.04 and 20.04, so we suggest you can run on Ubuntu-18.04 host PC.
