Failed install Jetpack 4.4 on TX2

I am trying to install Jetpack 4.4 on TX2 board
I installed SDK Manager, and logged in my nvidia account BUT I get the following message:
Oops No SDK are available for your account

Try installing the most recent JetPack 4.x/L4T R32.x (the two have their versions tied together). Then, start like this:
sdkmanager --archivedversions

Make sure your host PC is Ubuntu 18.04 (it could be 16.04; you won’t find a JetPack 4.x release which works with an Ubuntu 20.04 or newer release, which is due to content being flashed, and not due to JetPack itself).
