Ethernet switch configuration from Jetson AGX Orin module

We are connecting the Marvell switch to Orin module using MGBE lines and MDIO,MDC lines to configure switch. In the link, the 2nd point was mentioned as "Ensure that before Orin boots up, the Switch is powered on an dthat the port is configured.".

We are planning to configure the switch using MDIO and MDC lines. But the 2nd point in the link is contradicting with what we are planning to do(configuring the switch using MDIO and MDC lines from the Jetson AGX Orin module while the Orin module is coming up).

Any issue to configure the switch from Jetson AGX Orin module while the Jetson AGX Orin module is coming up?
