https://repo.download.nvidia.cn/jetson/common/dists/r32.6/main/binary-arm64/Packages.gz has been synced to https://repo.download.nvidia.com/jetson/common/dists/r32.6/main/binary-arm64/Packages.gz, please retry. I found others have reported the similar problems.
