Frequent NVRM XID 32 causes GDM and gnome-shell to restart on Ubuntu 20.04 with driver 510.60.02

Hi,

I’m constantly getting gdm3 restarting which causes downstream gnome-shell restarting due to getting the following error

May 07 23:45:55 eugene-desktop kernel: NVRM: Xid (PCI:0000:2d:00): 32, pid=7497, Channel ID 00000020 intr0 00040000

This has been happening for quite a while and I only recently started to be more confident that this should be a driver issue.
I upgraded my old 750 to 3060 recently due to this annoying crashing and restarting issue but this still occurs.
I also recently tested Ubuntu 20.04, 21.10, and 22.04, all with driver versions 510 and 470. Currently, I’m using 510.60.02.
I even swapped gdm3 with lightdm and sddm, gnome-shell with KDE, the same issue still occurs pretty frequently.

My hardware setup is AMD Ryzen 9 5900X with X570.

Thanks!

XID 32 points to a problem with the system memory. Please check/lower mem clocks in bios, remove mem modules.

Thank you @generix! This solves what has been bothering me for months!
