GeForce driver 442.50, DirectX12 float16 swapchain in fullscreen mode causes monitor to go stripes


I’m getting monitor stripe artifacts when displaying a directx 12 swapchain float16 buffer in fullscreen mode using driver 442.50.
Buffer format DXGI_FORMAT_R16G16B16A16_FLOAT.
The last good driver was 436.48-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.
Could someone please confirm, or who to contact at NVIDIA regarding this bug.
