We acquired an Azure Linux GPU-based VM from the Azure Marketplace. However, when we attempted to install NVIDIA Omniverse, we encountered an error indicating that installation was not possible on this VM. We reached out to the NVIDIA team for assistance, and they informed us that the GPU available in the Azure VM does not support the RTX engine, making it incompatible with NVIDIA Omniverse.
We connected with the Azure support team also, they told its not they don’t have any control over the things in the Azure Marketplace.
The Marketplace description says the NVIDIA A10 Tensor Core GPU, but the VM we received has a Tesla GPU V100.
Needs your support to install the NVIDIA Omniverse on the VM.
