I have Dell C4130 server running 2016 that I would like to add 5-10 windows 10 VM in Hyper-V that will run Autodesk Revit software. What GPU setup will give me the desired performance for 5-10 vWorkstations?

with Server 2016 you have 2 options. You can use the MSFT GPU sharing technology (RemoteFX) or you can use GPU Passthrough (DDA) with native Nvidia drivers. MSFT does not support GRID vGPU yet so you won’t get the density with Passthrough. But if you would use for example 2 Tesla M10 you would be able to use 8 VMs in Passthrough.
