How do we get the count of concurrent session of video encoder from API of NVIDIA codec SDK?

We can not find the API to get concurrent session limit on NVIDIA Codec SDK.
There are no way to notice why video encoder session initialization is failed.
Do we have the way to get workaround this issue?

NVEnc Session Limit

Some of my customers have 1650 cards and others have P2200 cards. In software how to do I query the encoder concurrent session limit. I would like to use this to take appropriate action in either case. Are there caps bits somewhere?
