I want to output a processing message for the ACL to the syslog. Is it possible?
I need advice on NCLU or CLI commands.
could not find the option for logging in the NCLU command.

This is not currently possible as far as I know.
ACLs are defined in the control-plane and then offloaded to the ASIC for processing. In linux it is possible to build log messages which are triggered when a packet is processed matching the rule but as the processing is done by the ASIC in Cumulus, the ASIC does not recognize the request to generate an ACL/Match log rule.
