Hi, i wanna know how to ask for a refund for a course bough in DLI it within 30 days just used a few times but couldn’t learn it, there is a short limit of attempts that was reached and i can’t launch the course anymore so i would like to ask for a refund, i tried in support page but the page just shows and error and the chat is not available, where can i ask for it, please.

Hi I just also want to cancel and get the refund, as the course is not for me after looking at a couple of slides and videos, can you please cancel my order and refund back?, I ordered a day before.
