how to compile assembly code into cubin.

cuobjdump can dump cubin file into assembly code. But is there any tool to compile assembly back into cubin file? Thanks.

There are third-party tools such as asfermi and envytools. Not sure how good they are on Kepler with its VLIW-like bundles.
