How to fix the error: "The graphics card does not support Shader Model 3.0."?

I have a problem. I recently purchased a new laptop with a video card (GeForce RTX 4060). Installed the latest drivers, and there were no problems with other programs and games. Except for one. When starting the game it gives an error, I’ve attached screenshots.

I tried installing old versions of drivers, running Windows 7 (now 10) in compatibility mode. The video card is completely new. Any ideas on how to improve the situation? Thanks in advance for the tips. If u need more information, i’ll send it to this topic.

I recommend you check out the consumer GeForce forums to find others who might have a similar issue with this game.

As this is a problem of the Game implementation not recognizing compatible Hardware, I don#t think we can help with this.
