How to limit GPU clock

I’m using Quadro RTX 6000.

I found that gpu clock ranges from 300 MHz to 2100 MHz.

nvidia-smi -q -d CLOCK

But I want to use the same clock value that doesn’t change. (ex. 1770MHz)

What should I do?
