how to make the Rc car with my jetson tx2

First of all, I have jetson tx2 developer kit . I want to make an Rc car by using it .

Can I add something at this cost with minimal cost?

and second,

I tried to look at it, but this Rc car(traxxas-rally) shown above are too expensive

I want other model cheaper than that , but i want that structure could be same

How about making RC car with Raspberry Pi3 and controlling with TX2 via network?

I would like to use the jetson board for automobile control.
