It’s a linux tool. I have no idea how to turn of ECC in windows - maybe there is a tool in the special TCC driver package?

You are right . The control panel is in program files/NVIDIA Corporation/Control Panel Client. For some reason, this tool is not available in the menu, that’s why I have to dive in the windows stuff!
