Is it possible to use the nvidia hpc sdk on the thunderx2 platform?

Yes.

To download, go to NVIDIA HPC SDK Current Release Downloads | NVIDIA Developer and find the section for Linux ARM Servers.

it looks like i need to use centos 8. i’m using centos 7.6, am i out of luck?
i also see that the compilers have a -tp option. i’ve seen examples with for skylake. what -tp option should i use for a thunderx2?

I can’t guarantee CentOS 7.6 will work since we don’t support it, but most likely will.

For the “-tp” switch, we only have the one sub-option so it should be fine to not use it.
