I cant download Driver Ver.: 580 for DLS 3.5.1

Hallo NVIDIA Team,

i have DLS server 3.5.1 that licensed and isible in NVIDIA Hub, but when i try to download a new driver 580 for vSphere 8.0 , i get a message that my DLS version is lower than 3.4.0. So when i install the Driver 580 on VM - VM cannot use it. if i download driver 550, its works stable.

My Setup:

DLS Server 3.5.1

vSphere 8.0

GPU NVIDIA Corporation GA102GL [RTX A6000] (rev a1)

GPU Manager 2.0

Please read the message properly. I says that you require at least DLS 3.4 if you want to download this driver and not the other way around

yes, as i wrote, i have DLS3.5.1 installed, but i cant to download Driver 580, because NLP indicated that my DLS than 3.4.0. on screenshot shows the version my DLS

You’re wrong! The screenshot indicates that you need to have at least 3.4 installed. How should the portal know which DLS version you have installed? As I said, please read thoroughly. This is a default message every user gets to make sure the users are aware that only newer versions of DLS are compatible with this driver!!!

Ok, I understand. I thought it somehow obtained data about the DLS, that a version lower than 3.4.0 was installed there. Thank you!

Then maybe I have a different problem, because the video adapter does not work when installing driver 580.

Without knowing which error you get it is hard to say what could be the issue with R580 driver. Did you change your GPU with mode selector tool? A6000 is a workstation GPU and would need to change mode to DC mode for full vGPU capability.

Currently, VM is running on driver 550. I will send the logs here, maybe you can see something. The attempt to install driver 580 was on January 15 at 5:00 p.m.
