I have two GeForce RTX 2080 Ti ,but only recognize one.

Our os system is ubuntu 18.04 and use cuda_10.1.168_418.67_linux.run to install drivers

I presume you have already tried

  1. Running these GPUs on a different PC
  2. Reseating them
  3. Updating your computer BIOS
  4. Resetting BIOS settings
  5. Using a better/different PSU
