I want to start the course but i get messsage error

i registered to course " Building LLM Applications With Prompt Engineering"
when i click on start buton i get the message “We encountered an error. Please try again.”
in progress tab i get the message that “Course completion” but in Passing grade i get 50%.
why i cant start the course, i want to send my assessment?
