I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing concern regarding my access to the NVIDIA courses I have purchased. This morning, I encountered the following error message while attempting to access the “Building Real-Time Video AI Applications” course:
“Usage Limit: You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.”
I wish to bring to your attention that I have acquired six NVIDIA courses, each of which I am deeply committed to completing successfully. It is imperative for me to have ample time to not only complete these courses but also to download the educational materials essential for my learning journey.
In an effort to access one of the courses I have already completed, specifically “Getting Started with Accelerated Computing with CUDA/C++,” I was met with the exact same error message: “Usage Limit: You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.”
This limitation, as mentioned in your FAQ section (Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Course FAQs | NVIDIA), is stated as follows:
“How long will I have access to my DLI course?
Training Services content, provided by NVIDIA, will be available online for up to six months from the completion date. This is based on Training Services terms of use. View our Deep Learning Institute Training Services Terms and Conditions to access more details.”
I must express my deep dissatisfaction with this restriction, as it severely hampers my ability to fully benefit from the courses I have invested in.
The promise of access for six months from the completion date is inconsistent with the fact that my access time has already been interrupted after a few hours.
I kindly request that you rectify this issue promptly. It is my fervent hope that I can regain access to the courses I have rightfully paid for without further impediments, allowing me to continue my learning journey uninterrupted.
