I2C additional jetson nano

Hello, I have a Jetson Nano, I am currently using I2C0 and I2C1, on the (27, 28) and (3, 5) pins respectively, but I need another additional I2C, is this possible somehow?

No others i2c bus pin out to these 40 pin header.
But you can using i2c mux to extend the i2c bus.
