IMX477 Arducam cable not fitting into Jetson Orin Nano CSI connector (CAM0)

Hi,

I am trying to connect an Arducam IMX477 (Raspberry Pi HQ camera) to a Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit.

Hardware

  • Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit

  • IMX477 camera module (Arducam kit)

  • Brown CSI ribbon cable (wide + narrow ends)

Issue

I am unable to insert the wide end of the CSI ribbon cable into the Jetson CSI connector (CAM0).

  • The cable does not slide in smoothly

  • I am not forcing it

  • The latch on the CSI connector is open

  • I am unsure about correct orientation (contacts direction)

Question

Is there a known orientation requirement or compatibility issue for this Arducam IMX477 cable with Jetson Orin Nano CAM0 connector?
