Install USB Camera to record video and capture pictures

I buy 0.3 MegaPixels USB Camera for Raspberry Pi and NVIDIA Jetson Nano. I try to install it on Nvidia Jetson Nano and run it, but not work. Please anyone help me for that?

I’m not a camera guy, but if you monitor “dmesg --follow”, what do you see added to the log as a result of plugging in the camera?
