Installation issues with Chat with RTX 0.5

When trying to Install Chat with RTX 0.5 I always get the Message “NVIDIA Installer failed”.

I noticed that while installer running, It’s will try to Install he Nvidia AI Workbench first, and it run automatic in the background. With it running, the on going ChatRTX 0.5 Installer will stuck at 10% after show the status that "workload install failed". When I quit the Nvidia AI Workbench manually, the ChatRTX Installer can go but it will fail after all.

Try to download the installer from the Nvdia web and also install from the Nvidia App but notthing change. I try to turn off all the firewall, antivirus, app control in Windows Defender but still doesn’t work. After a lot of restart and try anything I could find on the internet but still fail.

Nvidia App Version 11.0.3.218
Game ready driver ver 572.83
Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.3476
