Installing and updating latest kenels and drivers for nvidia on the latest Fedora Linux 39 Cinnamon (x86-64) kenel version 6.6.2-201.fc39.x86_64

i need some help updating my kernel and drivers for my EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING. im running the latest Fedora Linux 39 Cinnamon (x86-64). cinnamon version is 5.8.4. and my kernel version is 6.6.2-201.fc39.x86_64. i want to use this PC for gaming and for my daily driver I want to learn as much as i can about red hat and fedora. im running a gaming channel and i want it to be all about linux can someone help me and give me the right commands and guide me step by step threw the process so i will be able to do this on my own. im still learning and want to challenge myself. i figured if you work hard enough towards something. the reward at the end will pay off

I recommend you start by checking the official driver download pages and get your hands on the latest Linux driver.
Then make sure to check out the README and follow the installation instructions to the letter! There are sections describing update processes as well as different Distributions.
