Is vGPU vDWS always required?

We have deployed vGPU on Red-hat KVM. And our virtual machine only need OPENGL. Do we require to have vGPU vDWS license?

If you’re using any aspect of vGPU, then you need to have licensing in place.

I have another question about the license. Is there any restriction on the number or organizations of users for the license? For instance, we have one license and a VM with one vGPU and vGPU license, can it be used by different users from different organization at the same time or at different time?
