Issue Generating and Claiming Certificate for “Generative AI with Diffusion Models” Course

Dear NVIDIA Academy Support Team,

I’m currently unable to claim my certificate for the course “Generative AI with Diffusion Models.”
The course is 100% complete, I passed the lab assessment with 100% accuracy, and received the message:
“You’re currently passing this course.”

However, when I click the “ASSESS TASK” button to generate my certificate, I continuously receive the following error:
“We encountered an error. Please try again.”

What I’ve Tried:
• Attempted using different networks (WiFi and 4G)
• Waited over 40 minutes and retried multiple times
• Contacted live chat support — Prince Koshy advised me to reach out via email and include details and screenshots

I’ve attached screenshots showing my course status and the error message.
• Lab_Completion.png – shows my lab score and that I passed the assessment with a Final Accuracy of 100%.
• Certificate_Error.png – shows the error encountered when attempting to generate my certificate at 1:30.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this so I can access my certificate of completion.

I would really appreciate it if there’s any way you or your team could help direct this issue to the relevant department more quickly, as I’ve completed the course with 100% and have been trying to generate the certificate for some time now (and i need it urgently).
