Certificate not generated for Getting Started with Deep Learning course

I have successfully completed the course materials, including videos, PPTs, and labs. My progress bar shows 100% completion; however, the certificate has not been generated. This issue persists for another course as well, An Easier Introduction to CUDA.

My email associated with the DLI account is shirodkarpushkar.9@gmail.com. Given the cost of these courses, I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.

The system shows that you have not passed the course. No certificate will be issued until the course is passed.

The other course does not offer a certificate.
