I have completed the course " Getting Started with Deep Learning" and the access task button said I passed, and that I should go to Progress and then press the “View Certificate” button. However this button is nowhere to be found, and I can’t see anywhere else, where I can get my certifciate.

My apologies for the confusion here, we’ve now updated our underlying learning management system twice (including just last night), so the location of certificates has changed a couple of times and it sounds like part of this course has not been updated yet to reflect the changes that have been made. At this time, you should be able to access your certificate from your course dashboard at My Learning | NVIDIA. We’re still working out some kinks with the new system that we just updated to, so if your certificate does not show up on this page, please let us know so that we can investigate further.

On my course dashboard, the course is still seen as in progress, and the course itself says I have only completed 33% of the course material, even though I have gone through all the videos and PowerPoints twice, and I have also completed all the various exercises, except the 2 exercises in chapter 7, that are not part of the assessment. The necessary files for these two exercises are missing from the “data” folder. However, I did complete the final assessment exercise and passed it, which also reflects on the course.
The progress indicator in the new system has known issues, but we’d expect you to receive a certificate if you meet the criteria, and for that to be reflected as 100% completion. Looking into this.
Yes, I would assume the same. It’s been stuck at 33%, no matter what I have tried to do, such as rewatching the videos and redoing the exercises. Even completing the final assessment exercise multiple times. I appreciate the help!
Does the certificate show up under the certificates section at My Learning | NVIDIA?
No, the “Certificates” section is completely empty, but I can see 3 additional courses in the dashboard now. Before I could only see the “Getting started with deep learning” course

I have the exact same issue with my Fundamentals of Deep Learning course. Like, the exact same. I can see my previous certificates but all my courses (2 of which i have gotten the certificates for already) are listed under “Courses in Progress” rather than “Completed Courses” which is entirely empty.

It seems like clicking the “Next Steps” tab which looks like was forwarding me to other courses and completing the Feedback got me up to %100 from %33 in “Course completion”. After this, the course is listed at “Completed Courses” now. But although it says “PASSED” and “You’re currently passing this course”, my certificate does not show up in “My Learning | NVIDIA”

I’m in the same situation with the same course.
In progress, I am informed that the course is 33% complete, although I have watched all 7 videos, run all the notebooks, passed the exam with 98% accuracy, received the announcement"“You’re currently passing this course” and answered the feedback form.
In “Course Outline”, a “green check” is marked in “Next Steps” and “Feedback”, but the topic “Start Here (7 questions)” is not marked with a “green check” and I can’t find a way to change this situation.
When I press the “Resume Course” button on this same page, I am directed to the “Feedback” page, which is already completed.

The DLI team is working hard to fix a known issue with the platform. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for a fix at this time.

Hi DLI team, I’m facing the same issue with the “Building RAG Agents with LLMs” course. As I understand from the comment, the issue is identified but can we have at least a rough idea on when this will be resolved.
If it needs to be done for each user, may I request your team to look into my course completion and certificate at the earliest.
