Certificate not generated for Getting Started with Deep Learning course because of grade progress bar

Dear Support Team,

I have successfully completed the course materials, including videos, PPTs, and labs. My progress bar shows 100% completion; however, the certificate has not been generated.
as i said earlier i have completed successfully the labs but i still got 67% in the grade progress bar and it didn’t update even though i have reworked the labs

Hello, the progress bar is separate from the grade in the course. A course is marked as completed once you interact with each component of the course enough, but completion does not mean that a certificate has been earned. In order to pass this course, you need a 90% or higher grade for the course. The course grade is based on how well you do in the assessment portion of the course; in this case you received a 67%.
