Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I recently completed the course “Sizing LLM Inference Systems,” including all Jupyter notebooks and lab assessments. However, I encountered an issue where there was no submit button to finalize my work. After completing the lab, I saved all notebooks and ended the session, but now I find that my completed labs are not being detected in the learning portal.
Typically, I would expect to see an evaluate button or a clear indication of course completion, but currently, my progress is not reflected correctly. As a result, I am concerned that I may be ineligible for the certificate due to this technical issue.
Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? Any guidance on how to ensure my course completion is recognized and how I can obtain my certificate would be greatly appreciated.

The grade portion of the progress page will not change because there is no grading scheme for the course, as it doesn’t offer a certificate. Our apologies for the confusion.
ahh that’s kind of dis-heartening!
The course was very involved and is the skill that people like myself would want to showcase on our profiles. The certificate would have been handy. :)
It was an exceptional exceptional course !
