In the courses says completed 100% but my current grade is 0%, as you can see in image above.
All steps are marked as completed. In the my learning dashboard is 100% completed but the certificate area is empty.

The course completion percentage is separate from the course grade – it measures whether you have reviewed/accessed all of the material, but does not measure whether or not you have actually passed the course. In order to earn the certificate for the course, you must successfully pass the assessment
I appreciate your response. I’ve completed all the exercises and even tackled the suggested challenge in the course. However, my grade still shows as 0%. As far as I understand, completing the exercises and the challenge should be the steps to finalize and request the certificate. Could you please clarify why my grade remains at 0% despite completing all the required tasks?
