Ok, sorry for such a long delay, it’s been a bit of a rabbit hole trying to work out some of these bugs. I believe the certificate display issue has been resolved per our testing, please let me know if you still have the issue.
We’ve identified the source of the problem regarding course completion not matching the actual state of completion, and are actively trying to resolve the issue. It may take a little while before this is fixed, but it’s among our top priorities right now. For the time being, please bear with us while we try to resolve the issue.
To add some context, the issue is primarily related to how we’re tracking completion of lab sections of courses. The labs should be marked as complete either after you’ve accessed the lab or completed the assessment for a lab, but at the moment neither of these metrics are working.
For other parts of the course, such as video or multiple-choice quizzes, there are different completion criteria that we believe to be working, so the primary blocker is the self-paced lab portion.

The course " Getting Started with Deep Learning" is still stuck on 33% for me, even though I completed and passed the course. So on my course dashboard, it is still being seen as “Courses in progress”, which I assume is why I still cannot see or get the certificate for it, on the course dashboard.
I assume once you fix what you mentioned below, we’ll also be able to get the certicates for these courses with these issues:

I just completed Self-Paced Course: “Generative AI Explained” with 90% which shows passed. However the certificate is not generated and not there in the dashboard section.

You’ve successfully earned the certificate for the course, so it should show up on your course dashboard. We’ve been having intermittent issues with the certificates displaying correctly however, so please let me know if it does not show up there. I will also message you directly with a link to your certificate in the meantime in case it does not show up on your dashboard.

Unfortunately, our “Generative AI Explained” course does not offer a certificate.
HI, i do have an issue with mine as well. i have earned the certificate and i can see it in “my learning” section however when i open it the link does not load the certificate. Here is an image for how i shows up. (even when i download it, it is just an empty page)
