I am trying to figure out a few things. I procure on behalf of the government. I see that the Country of Origin for 945-13730-0050-000 | Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer Kit is China.

First question: Is there a pathway to having this material TAA compliant?

Second question: Isn’t there hard sanctions with regard to NVIDIA products and China?

Final question: Is there something that can be provided that would be the same or better capability as this material that would be TAA compliant?
